Local Contract Stepdown Registered Nurse - $54-64 per hour

About the role

Stepdown RN needed for an ASAP start!

2 years of experience in the unit required. BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgeries
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring patient responses
• Perform routine patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during shifts
• Document all patient interactions and treatments in medical records

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS certification
