Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Assist with daily patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing education to patients and families
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during shifts

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in step-down care preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours (12-hour shifts, days)
• Passing scores on required drug tests

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
