Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care to patients under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Perform routine patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in step-down care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour days.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Passing scores on relevant national licensing exams.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
