About the role

Hospital in Arkansas is seeking a contract nurse RN for a Cardiac Stepdown position.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients requiring cardiac step-down monitoring
• Assess and document patient progress and needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience in cardiac step-down care preferred
• Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, nights

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience
