Local Contract Speech Language Pathologist - $60 per hour
About the Role
RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a local contract Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services to two students in Pennsylvania. Services will be delivered in the student's home or a mutual meeting location near their home, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Student Details

Student 1 (Pennsburg, PA 18073):
- 5th grade Life Skills, female
- In-person services: 2 sessions per week, 60 minutes each
- Paid 30 minutes total for pre-case review the same week the first session takes place
- Paid $60/hour for direct and indirect services
- Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice and no-shows are compensated for the full session
- Paid $60/hour for virtual IEP meeting attendance
- Progress notes paid quarterly per student
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS federal rate
- Paid $60/hour for meetings with Special Education staff

Student 2 (Easton, PA 18045):
- 8th grade Life Skills, male
- In-person services: 3 sessions per week, 60 minutes each
- Paid 30 minutes total for pre-case review the same week the first session takes place
- Paid $60/hour for direct and indirect services
- Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice and no-shows are compensated for the full session
- Paid $60/hour for virtual IEP meeting attendance
- Progress notes paid quarterly per student
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS federal rate
- Paid $60/hour for meetings with Special Education staff
Sessions cannot be held on weekends, school holidays, breaks, or any other non-school day for students. All sessions must conclude by 8:00 PM and must be held in person.
Requirements
- Active PA Speech Therapy License OR PA DOE certification
- Act 126 - Mandated Reporter Training (completed)
- Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting with UEID
- Act 34 FBI Federal Criminal History Record
- Act 151 PA Child Abuse History Clearance (have or willing to complete ASAP)
- PA Federal Criminal History Record Information (have or willing to complete ASAP)
- Past or present school-based experience
- Comfortable providing services in home or mutual meeting location
- A distraction-free work area to attend meetings virtually
Pay
- $60/hour for direct and indirect services
- $60/hour for IEP meeting attendance (virtual)
- $60/hour for meetings with Special Education staff
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS federal rate
Schedule
- 13-week contract
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Start date: ASAP
