Skyline Med Staff Therapy is seeking a local contract Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in the specialty of the job applying for.
• A current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association.
• Active License in the state of the job location (if applicable).
