Local Contract Speech Language Pathologist - $45-60 per hour

About the role

RCM Healthcare Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across K–8 and elementary school sites within San Marcos Unified School District. This is a school-based position with a supportive district team and a strong chance of renewal for next school year.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunity (on-site only; no virtual)
• 7.5 hours per day, Monday–Friday
• Assignment runs through the end of the school year, with possible extension

Pay

• $45–$60/hour (based on experience)

Requirements

• Active California SLP license or credential
• Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
