We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool-aged students (ages 3–5) in a school-based setting in the Coalinga, CA area. This is a full-time, in-person role beginning with the 2025–2026 school year. While bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred, all qualified SLPs are encouraged to apply.
Speech Language Pathologist Position Details
- Caseload of up to 45 preschool students
- 1 paraprofessional aide to assist in the classroom
- In-person, site-based services
- Collaboration with early childhood teams and IEP development required
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Active California SLP license
- Experience working with early childhood populations
- Comfort delivering therapy in both individual and group settings
- Strong communication skills for working with families and educators
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) is a plus
