Local Contract Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $45 per hour

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exercises and treatments as directed by a physical therapist.
• Help patients maintain proper posture and positioning during therapy sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist in setting up equipment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
