About the role
Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a local contract nursing job in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provides care for patients requiring step-down monitoring from intensive care units.
- Works in a variety of settings including PCU, cardiac, medical, neuro, surgical, and ER holding.
- Assesses patient needs and implements appropriate care plans.
- Communicates effectively with other healthcare professionals and family members.
- Monitors patient progress and reports changes to healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in step-down or critical care nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
