Local Contract RN Med/Surg Ortho - $53 per hour

About the role

Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Billings, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to hospitalized patients in the Med-Surg unit.
• Assist with patient transfers from ICU to Med-Surg units as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare providers.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Med-Surg setting.
• Experience with medical-surgical procedures and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices and procedures.

Pay
