About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Long Term Care for a local contract nursing job in Saco, Maine.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Assess patient needs and develop care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Experience in Long Term Care preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights
  • Passing scores on TB skin test and drug screen

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current CPR certification

Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Pay
