About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a local contract nursing job in Michigan City, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assess patient conditions and prepare patients for procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals during and after procedures.
- Document patient data accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Basic computer skills.

- Proficiency in Cardiac Cath Lab equipment.

Pay
The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shift: 9 hours, days
