Local Contract Respiratory Therapist - $38-42 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week duration at 40 hours per week, working nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services under the supervision of a physician.
• Assess patients' respiratory status and develop treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to respiratory therapy.

Pay
