About the role

Fantastico Rehab facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation RN to join their team for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN

Skills
