Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Rehabilitation for a local contract nursing job in Escondido, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a rehabilitation setting
• Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Current RN license in California
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour days
• Pass background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing practices
