About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients during labor and delivery
- Assist physicians during deliveries
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as necessary
- Document patient progress and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred
- Knowledge of postpartum-nursing and nursery care

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of September 27, 2026, and a duration of 13 weeks.
