Local Contract Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient Orthopedics - $40-44 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Dacula, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay
