Local Contract Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant - $36-40 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patients' physical condition and progress towards goals.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay
