Local Contract Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics - $38-42 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Jacksonville, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Skills
