Local Contract Physical Therapist – Medical Rehabilitation - $50-54 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Lynnwood, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patients' physical condition and progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Skills

• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
