About the role
RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Coopersville, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services within the student's home in Coopersville, MI 49404.
- Conduct 30-minute sessions 3 times per month for a student requiring special services.
- Services to begin ASAP.
- Schedule sessions flexibly with caretakers, accommodating various times including school, after school, evenings, and weekends.
- Assessment materials are digitally provided by RCM.
- Offer virtual meetings billed at $60/hour.
- Billed half of session time for cancellations or no-shows.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate caretakers' needs.
- High-quality support to students.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Michigan.
- Comfortable conducting in-person therapy sessions at students' homes.
- Pediatric experience (required).
- Experience in school-based therapy or IEP (preferred).
- Personal computer with high-speed internet.
- Distraction-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing therapy services to students with special needs.
- Ability to work with students and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with caretakers and other healthcare professionals.
