Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (depending on State requirements)
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience in an outpatient orthopedic environment
• State License
• BLS certification
• Other credentialing requirements as specified by the recruiter
