Local Contract Physical Therapist - $54-58 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week, 16-hour per week shift in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
