Local Contract Physical Therapist - $52-55 per hour

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for an outpatient therapy/rehabilitation role at a hospital in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient caseload.

• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
