About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in Gilbert, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
