Local Contract Physical Therapist - $44-48 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Lewiston, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assess patients' physical condition and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Idaho.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
• Ability to manage patient expectations and handle stress effectively.
