Local Contract Physical Therapist - $43-60 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Fairbanks, Alaska. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, provide one-on-one care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based pelvic health and physical therapy treatments.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted charting.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Alaska PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Pelvic health experience preferred; strong interest in specializing is welcome.
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.

About the Role

The position is a local contract role starting on August 2, 2026, for 51 weeks, 40 hours per week, with shifts of 8 hours, days only. The employment type is full-time, with a salary range of $95,000–$130,000/year (DOE).
