Local Contract Physical Therapist - $38-42 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Memphis, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patients' physical condition and progress towards treatment goals.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
