About the role
Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a local contract Phlebotomist for a position in Marana, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy procedures in a hospital setting
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, nights
Requirements
- Must already live within 50 miles of Marana / Tucson
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing phlebotomy procedures in a hospital setting
- Completion of a Formal Plebotomy Program or Medical Assisting Program
- Required certifications: ACSP (American Society for Clinical Pathology), ANP (American National Plebotomy), or ASPT (American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians)
Qualifications
- Candidate must be certified as a Phlebotomist
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist in a hospital setting
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
