Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology for a position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves working with pediatric oncologists who examine patients, order diagnostic tests, make diagnoses, and prescribe treatments. They also counsel patients and families on managing illnesses. Pediatric oncologists often lead a treatment team of physicians and healthcare workers. This position is typically based in hospitals or medical schools, though some roles may be in private practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients with hematology/oncology conditions.
- Assist pediatric oncologists in patient examinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment administration.
- Support and counsel patients and their families on illness management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
