About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a cardiac progressive care unit setting
- Perform duties according to established protocols and standards
- Assist with daily patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in a progressive care unit preferred
- Knowledge of cardiac care principles and procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 12-hour days
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Current BLS certification required
