About the role
Comprehensive Medical Center in the Finger Lakes area of New York is looking for a PACU Traveler.
Candidate needed for 40 Hours per week, with 1-12 Hour call shift optional.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care services under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.
- Assist with patient recovery from anesthesia.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and ensure their comfort.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an RN.
- NY licensure.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology.
- Knowledge of anesthesia protocols.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
