Local Contract Outpatient Physical Therapist - $57 per hour

About the role

Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week, 40-hour per week, 8-hour shift, day position in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and progress in medical records

Requirements

• 2 years of experience required

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
