Local Contract OT Home Health - $66 per hour

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a local contract Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting as soon as possible in Hood River, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document all services provided accurately and in compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Oregon
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling
• Experience working with diverse populations
