About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in the operating room setting
- Assist with surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgeries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in OR preferred
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours shift, starting date: August 10, 2026, duration: 13 weeks.
