About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week duration, 40 hours per week, working 10-hour shifts during the day.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cases primarily being Ortho/Neuro General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Urology, ENT, GYN
- Use equipment such as CADD, PCA Pump, Traction, Baxter IV pumps, Pyxis, Flexicair Bed, CPM, Venodynes, Wound Vac, Bladder Scans, SaO2 Monitors, Kendall E-Pumps
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in OR preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
Skills
- Proficient in operating room procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
