Local Contract Operating Room RN - $45-54 per hour

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours per week in a 10-hour shift, days schedule
• Provide care in an operating room setting
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Assist with surgical procedures under the supervision of a licensed surgeon
• Prepare operating rooms for surgery
• Manage patient flow and assist with post-operative care
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in OR preferred
• Knowledge of surgical techniques and procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passport required for international assignments

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification
• Previous OR experience
