About the role
We are seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Dixon, Illinois. This position offers 36 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and operates during the day.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preoperative preparations
- Perform surgical procedures under supervision
- Monitor patient conditions post-surgery
- Collaborate with surgical teams
- Ensure sterile environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
