Local Contract Operating Room Registered Nurse - $38-45 per hour

About the role

Hospital in the Kansas City, MO area in need of an OR RN for a 13 week assignment. Must have BLS, 2 years of unit experience, and active state license.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
• Manage sterile field and maintain aseptic technique
• Administer medications and fluids as ordered
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Prepare operating rooms for procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• BLS certification
• 2 years of unit experience
• Active state license

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in OR setting preferred

Skills
