Local Contract Occupational Therapist, Inpatient Rehabilitation - $41-45 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Florida.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel within Florida as needed.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
