Local Contract Occupational Therapist – Acute Rehabilitation - $44-48 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 26, 2026, in Santa Clarita, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and develop goals for improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the national certification exam.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Pay
