Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Urbana, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and postpartum care.
• Monitor patient vitals and administer necessary medications.
• Document patient care and treatment in medical records.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Passing scores on relevant national exams (e.g., NCLEX).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
