Local Contract Nurse RN - Wound Care - $62-72 per hour

Local contract nursing position in Newport Beach, California. Shift: 8 hours, days.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Demonstrate initiative and strong interpersonal skills
• Exhibit knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
• Effective oral and written communication
• Strong job knowledge, patient counseling, and business acumen
• Maintain trust and accountability in professional relationships
• Handle technology and equipment relevant to wound and ostomy care
• Demonstrate innovation and ensure customer satisfaction
• Local travel required; must be a licensed/insured driver in good standing

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of clinical experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in California—current and in good standing
• Wound and Ostomy Certification
• CWON Certification, or enrollment in an accredited program or experiential pathway to obtain prior to start

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
• Work location: 4041 MacArthur Blvd Suite 100, Newport Beach
