Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a telemetry setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Current RN license in North Carolina
- Experience in telemetry preferred
- 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current CPR certification
