Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a local contract nursing job in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Wisconsin.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility practices and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Be available for immediate start.

Pay
