About the role

We are seeking a contract nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Peoria, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a progressive care unit setting.
• Adhere to medical protocols and standards of care.
• Assist with patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in progressive care units preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
