Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Bakersfield, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Operating Room setting.
• Assist with surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols.
• Administer medications and fluids as ordered.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes.
• Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgeries.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure patient safety and care.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience.
• Valid and unrestricted State of California Registered Nurse License (RN License).
• Possess and maintain current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider: 1. Basic Life Support (BLS) card. 2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) card.
• Maintain all health requirements designated by Kern Medical Center.

Qualifications

Depends on assignment incumbents may be required to possess and maintain specific certificates of competency as a condition of employment.
