About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Aurora, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in the operating room setting
- Assist with surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgeries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in operating room nursing preferred
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Passing scores on relevant drug screens and background checks
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current CPR certification

Pay
