- Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level II Special Care Nursery, monitoring and maintaining the stability of cardiopulmonary, neurologic, metabolic, and thermal functions.
- Assist with procedures such as lumbar puncture, endotracheal resuscitation, and manage ventilatory support including High Flow O2, CPAP, Bubble CPAP, and Mechanical Ventilation.
- Initiate, modify, or stop treatments according to protocols and physician orders.
- Manage central lines, perform peripheral IV insertions, lab draws, and administer IV antibiotics.
- Stabilize newborns less than 32 weeks and prepare for transport to Level III facilities.
- Ensure thermoregulation and perform neonatal resuscitation with proficiency in NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications.
- Float to Postpartum and Labor and Delivery units for neonatal care as needed.
